This new book edited by Luiz Antonio Joia is available on the internet for download. This is the first book that I have come across that addresses the links between IT and IC. It is especially valuable because it uses the formal definition of IC (human, structural and relationship capital). Today, it is hard to look at IT & IC separately–each facilitates and enhances the other. A topic we’ll have to look at more in the coming months…
